Meet Stephanie

Founder, Visionary, Professional Housewife

Stephanie Williams founded Family Concierge in 2022 with a vision to help families hire, onboard, and retain career-minded nannies and household staffing. Her heuristic, agile approach has grown Family Concierge from a passion project into a quiet leader in Rochester and Western New York’s nanny and household staffing agency space.

Stephanie cut her teeth in Nanny World as a nanny-family assistant for a dual-physician family, alongside a roster of families from all walks of life from 2019 until 2025 when she began operating Family Concierge full time. Her lived experience helping high-achieving parents be more present for their children – as well as seeing plenty of blunders along the way – informs every decision when leading a search with her signature blend of precision, foresight, and radical authenticity.

Before taking the leap into Founder Life, Stephanie was a journalist, public relations, and marketing communications professional working in Rochester and New York City. Her byline has appeared in the Democrat & Chronicle, Buffalo Spree, (585) Magazine, and Westchester Magazine. She is a Sustaining member of the Junior League of Rochester. She earned a dual degree in Art History and Journalism from Purchase College.

Stephanie loves spending time outside - especially on the water, riding her bicycle, or playing tennis. She is a lifelong learner who enjoys reading about history, society and culture, musical theatre, '90s Britpop, American Girl dolls, and Disneyland. Her favorite travel destinations are San Francisco and Martha's Vineyard.
