Location: Fairport, NY (Perinton)
Children: Two, ages 5 and 3
Start Date: September, fully phased in by November or December 2026
Schedule: Variable, built around both parents’ hospital rotations and published 30 days in advance. Roughly eight to nine day shifts, five to six evenings, and about two weekends a month. No on-call, no last-minute changes.
Hours: Roughly 30–35 per week
Additional Coverage: Date nights, overnights, and travel a plus, but not required
Compensation: $25–30 per hour, depending on experience
Benefits: Guaranteed hours, paid time off with unused PTO paid out at time and a half at year end, paid vacation, paid holidays at time and a half when worked, and mileage reimbursed at the New York State rate
