[FILLED!] Gentle, Reliable, and Experienced Nanny-Family Assistant for a Professional Family of Four in Avon, NY

Location: Avon, NY
Children: Two boys, ages 7 and 3.5
Start Date: Week of December 29, 2025 (flexible for the right candidate)
School Year Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1:00–5:00 p.m., with expanded daytime hours on school days off and during breaks
Summer Schedule: Weekday daytime coverage (schedule to be finalized together)
Hours: Target of 20–30 hours per week across after-school, school days off, and summer
Additional Coverage Needed: School days off, holidays, longer school breaks, and occasional Friday or Saturday evening date nights (scheduled in advance)
Compensation: $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience and education
Benefits: Guaranteed Hours, Mileage Reimbursement, and Paid Time Off
