Length of Placement: February through September 2026
Child: 5-month-old Baby Girl (Main Charge), 2-year-old girl
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Compensation: $25-30 per hour, depending on experience

All About the Job
Family Concierge is partnering with a kind and professional family of four in Getzville, NY to search for an experienced, temporary full time nanny. The parents, who both work from home, are currently trading off parental leave as they adjust to life as a family of four. They are hoping to find a proactive and supportive partner in care when both parents return to work full time in February 2026, when their baby girl will be approximately 5 months old.
This temporary role is ideal for experienced professional nannies who are familiar with the nuances of providing high-quality, engaging infant care with two parents working from home. The family would love to meet candidates who have Early Childhood Education or Child Development Associate credentials, but are open to applicants with a solid track record caring for infants in an in-home or professional setting.
The family also hopes to find a candidate who has the capability to assist with household related tasks, backup childcare for their 2-year-old daughter when she is home from daycare, and provide occasional evening and weekend care for both children with adequate notice.
What You’ll Do
Provide warm, attentive care for baby girl throughout the day
Follow baby’s cues for feeding, sleeping, and soothing
Engage baby in developmentally appropriate activities as she continues to discover the world around her
Lead and take initiative to follow baby’s routines including feeding and naptime schedules
Light household tidying and decluttering of child-related items throughout the day
Freeze and thaw breastmilk, prepare bottles as needed
Wash, dry, and put away toddler and baby laundry
Load, run, and unload dishwasher and hand-wash dishes as needed
Wipe down kitchen counters and tables as needed
Take out trash and recyclables as needed
Provide backup care for 2-year-old daughter when home from daycare or sick
Provide occasional evening and/or weekend care for both children with adequate notice
Occasional additional child and household related tasks as requested
We Want to Meet You If You Have…
At least 2-3+ years of experience working as an infant nanny in a private home
Comfort and familiarity with how to navigate childcare while parents work from home
Infant CPR and First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain/renew)
Highly organized, reliable, and safety-conscious
Enthusiastic and creative with experience leading developmentally appropriate activities
A clean driving record and a reliable, insured vehicle
